Challenge
360Training sells certification and training at scale. Customers need a clear path from browse to purchase, with promotions, bundles, and cross-sells that make sense for regulated training—not generic retail patterns.
Operators need visibility into orders, adjustments, and edge cases without bouncing between systems. The checkout had to stay fast, accessible, and consistent while the business iterated on catalog and pricing.
- High-stakes purchases where confusion directly hurts conversion
- Promo and bundle logic that must stay understandable at checkout
- Internal teams that need dependable admin workflows alongside the storefront
Concept
We partnered on checkout and management experiences so shoppers see a coherent cart, transparent pricing, and relevant add-ons—without clutter. The work tied storefront behavior to operational reality: what the customer sees matches what the team can support.
On the operator side, we focused on flows that reduce back-and-forth: surfacing the right order context, making common actions obvious, and keeping custom Medusa logic maintainable as requirements evolved.
The result is a stable foundation for iteration: marketing and ops can try offers and catalog changes with less engineering firefighting, and the product team can ship improvements with confidence.
